Body: John Teague My wife’s name is Rhonda, we have four grandchildren, Aiden 18, Laci 14, Saint 5 and Eden 23months and 11days. All of which are under our care in our home. My mother (Rebecca “Becky” Tingen Teague) and father (Larry Teague) have both went Home, in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ. I have a sister, three nieces and one nephew. My grandfather (York Teague) was a Quaker minister. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University and have a North Carolina Unlimited Electrical Contracting License. And currently own and operate State Electric and Lighting Company (started by my father in 1968) located here in Liberty. I am an active member at Cane Creek Friends Meeting, where I serve on M&C along with other committees. Also, I have the honor of preaching once a month. My mother was a devout Christian woman and led me to Christ early in my teens. As some of God’s sheep do, I strayed from His fold for several years. But as you well know, He never left my side. By no means would I claim to be the perfect Christian, but I do try to be more Christlike every day.
